KlezFactor's lineup has grown and shrunk over the years. Founded by composer/saxophonist/clarinetist Mike Anklewicz in 2004, the band has included pianist Ali Berkok (founder of Arkana Music), drummer Gregg Brennan (founder of Aiseiri), bassist Steve Gotlib, guitarist Mark Pellizzer (currently playing with Justin Nozuka), bassist Michael Smith (founder of Muskox), cellist Erika Nielsen (Muskox and other projects), drummer Max Sennit (currently playing with Alex Cuba, The Flying Bulgars among other projects), old-time fiddler Ben Plotnick, and classical violinist Jennifer Burford.

While at times, KlezFactor has featured as many as 7 regular band members, today we usually play as a quartet or quintet. The current lineup is made up of guitarist Jaro Dabrowski, violinist Jaron Freeman-Fox, Anklewicz, bassist Tony McKnight and drummer David MacDougall.
